What does Arden University stand for?

Arden University is a private university known for its blended and online learning programs based in the United Kingdom. The university started out in 1990 as the Resource Development International (RDI), providing education through distance learning. In 2014, the institution was granted Taught Degree-Awarding Powers. The following year, RDI became Arden University. 

The university provides a variety of programs covering the fields of business and management, information technology, criminology, data analytics, finance, graphic design, health and social care, and law. Students also have the option of studying these courses either through blended learning—a mix of online and face-to-face learning—or distance learning.

Arden University uses iLearn as its online learning platform. This platform gives students access to resources such as the Cisco Networking Academy and AWS Educate. Students also have the opportunity to have Salesforce Technology certification through this platform.
