The major field caters to the objectives of the College in: training people in the proper administration and wise utilization of the country’s remaining forest resources in order to meet the demand for high quality manpower in forestry in the country, conducting research needed for the better management, protection and utilization of Philippine forests, and conducting public education and information programs for the purpose of disseminating knowledge, concerning forest conservation and various technologies in forestry.
