  • Short Course Requirements for FEU Graduates

    • Photocopy of Transcript of Records
    • Photocopy of Diploma
    • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate

  • Short Course Requirements for Non-FEU Graduates

    • Original Transcript of Records
    • Photocopy of Diploma
    • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate

  • Graduate School Requirements for FEU Graduates

    • Photocopy of TOR 
    • Photocopy of Diploma
    • Honorable Dismissal
    • Essay (given by the Admissions and Financial Assistance)
    • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
    • Photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate (for married women)
    • Two sealed recommendation letters from former employers or former professors.

  • Graduate School Requirements for Non-FEU Graduates

    • Transcript of Records (GWA of 2.0 or its equivalent)

    • Two (2) pcs. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
    • Two (2) pcs. colored 1×1 latest I.D. picture with white background
    • One (1) pc. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
    • F-138/SF9 Report Card with LRN (Original Copy)
    • National College Admission Examination (NCAE) Result (Original Copy)
    • Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR) Certificate (Original Copy) or Education Service Contracting Certification (Original Copy)

  • Undergraduates
