Description

The OSGP is the single, largest scholarship program provided by the University to deserving but financially-challenged students. Grantees of the Program are required to render work in the University's various offices, sports facilities, laboratories, and libraries in exchange for 100 % free tuition fee and monthly allowance.
The OSGP has three Pillars of education: academic, work experience, and apostolate.
The OSGP Scholar should be able to maintain a certain GWA every semester while keeping satisfactory work outputs in their respective workplaces. The Scholar should likewise be able to render apostolic works to institutions and places with individuals who are socially disadvantaged.

Grade Requirement: Form 138 with GWA of at least 85% OR semestral grade with GWA of at least 2.00

Requirements

  • Letter of Application of Intent addressed to Fr. Andrew S. Bayal, C.M., VP for Student Affairs
  • High School graduate/ at least 2nd year level in College and not more than 23 years old
  • Biodata/ Resume with 2 pcs of 2x2 picture
  • NSO Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (Roman Catholic)
  • National College Assessment Exam Results(Optional)
  • Form 138 with GWA of at least 85% OR semestral grade with GWA of at least 2.00
  • Income Tax Return or Certification of Non-Filing from BIR of a parent or guardian
  • Medical Certificate with X-Ray results
  • Location Map of Residence
  • UEE Results of any course except: Architecture/ Nursing/ Pharmacy/ Hosp. Management
  • Blue Long Expandable Folder
