Eligibility

Requirements

Applicants must submit:

1. A copy of the applicant’s My La Salle grades (including the grades from first year first term to present).
2. A copy of the current term’s EAF
3. Essay
4. Scanned copy of the Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Student Discipline Formation Office.
5. At least one (1) recommendation form from applicant's professor or organization head (to be given to their respective College Ambassador). 
6. Latest Income Tax Return or any official document showing proof of family income
7. Letter from parents/guardian stating the reason of application and need for scholarship *
   * Attach the letter to the same file as the essay.

• Must be in need of financial assistance
• Must have a minimum CGPA of 2.000, without any failures.
• Must be clear of any major disciplinary offenses.
• Must have at least one term left as a DLSU student.
• Must NOT be a 100% beneficiary of any other scholarship program next term (Term 1 AY 2019-2020).
