1. Download applciation form at https://www.mfi.org.ph/admission/application-form/.
2. Submit it to the Registrar's office of MFI-Ortigas campus together with a letter of intent addressed to: MFI POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE INC.
3. You will receive a schedule when to take the qualifying exams.
